If you have benefits on hold, also known as deferred benefits, you’ll receive an annual benefit statement before the end of May each year. If you have registered for My Pension you will receive an email from us letting you know it is there. If you have elected for paper communications, you will also receive your annual benefit statement through the post.
On 13 May 2026, we launched a new version of My Pension, our online portal. You’ll see a fresh layout and a few changes to how things are organised, so it may look a little different next time you log in. We’ve also added enhanced security features to help keep your details safe.
If you were already registered before 13 May 2026, you’ll need to re-register and set up a new account. It's a quick step that makes sure you can carry on managing your pension and keeping your details up to date. For extra support, visit our ‘Help with My Pension’ webpage, where you’ll find videos and simple guidance to walk you through it.
