Produced a governance reportto assure employers that our governance arrangements are robust and effective, and that proper oversight and accountability is in place. The report highlights how well we’re serving our members and contains key information about our performance. The governance report will be reviewed and updated regularly.

Now send 49 quarterly performance reports which include 92 employers, covering areas such as outstanding tasks, members registered to My Pension, members with an expression of wish recorded, iConnect submissions, payments, new starter and leaver notifications and retirements.

Arranged focus groups to discuss the Year in Review reports, giving employers the opportunity to share ideas with one another. Quarterly meetings, which were previously held with only a small number of employers, have now been expanded and are available to any employer who needs them. We have also delivered additional training sessions on assumed pensionable pay and the iConnect year end, as these were areas where some employers requested further support.

Include performance information such as retirement submissions, iConnect submissions, and contribution payments in the Year in Review report. These reports are not issued to all employers, but we are continuing to increase the number who receive them. Distribution has grown from 30 employers in 2023 to 185 employers in 2025.
